Pune: The Safety Commissioner of the Metro Railway stated satisfaction with the work done so far on the PCMC-Dapodi route during Threrhery’s inspection, which ended on Wednesday.
A similar review of the stretch of Vanz-Garzware College is expected next month, after the final authorization for the two parts is expected.
Mahametro officials stated that there was an attempt to complete all the work left in the two priority stretches 12 km on January 10 to make these parts ready for the launch of the service for the passengers.
Mayor Muralidhar Mohol said the possibility was being explored to inaugurate them next month.

Hemant Sonavane, General Manager of Public Relations (PR) in Mahametro, said, “All great works are completed on both priority stretches, except for some station work, which will be completed on January 10.
One visit has been completed from Commissioner Metro Railway Safety (CMR) on PCMC-Dapodi route.
CMRS checks all five stations on this route.
Check passenger facilities, stairs, ramps, toilets, among other facilities.
Based on observations, CMR will recommend further steps.
Authorizing CMR for Priority Part 1 Parts Maha -Metro expected immediately.
“Sonavane said that in addition to working civil at the station, Mahametro also at the last stage of installing the system at each station related to the ticket.
“Details related to the ticket system will be announced in stages before the actual service launch and after getting the CMR authorization,” he added.
Mahametro officials said that when they were preparing both of them stretching early next month, calls about the launch of the service would be taken by leaders.
Mohol said, “We want to launch a service next month.
Residents have long been waiting for Metro services.
The work is in the final stage.

Details are being discussed and resolved.” A BJP leader said that the foundation of the Metro project was put in front of PM , then residents will be happy to see it inaugurate services.
