The 98-year-old legendary actor’s wife and actress Saira Banu told ANI that he has been facing breathing issues for the past few days.
According to the recent news, updated by his wife, the thespian is ‘stable’ now.
She took to Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter handle and wrote, “Don’t believe in WhatsApp forwards.
Saab is stable.

As per doctors, he should be home in 2-3 days.

Earlier, in the evening, ETimes, had updated that the actor had been put on oxygen support and was diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion along with a drop in oxygen saturation, when contacted his doctor.
The doctor also added.
“But he is stable and not in the ICU.
If all goes well, he may be discharged in 2-3 days”.
This morning, a tweet was sent out from Dilip saab’s official Twitter account, which is handled by his manager, to update fans and well-wishers about his condition.
It read, ‘Dilip Sahab has been admitted to non-Covid PD Hinduja Hospital Khar for routine tests and investigations.
He’s had episodes of breathlessness.
A team of healthcare workers led by Dr.
Nitin Gokhale is attending to him.

Since then, messages and prayers have been pouring in for the 98-year-old actor’.
