Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan has filed a civil lawsuit against the neighbors of the stylist and others in front of City Civil Court at the temporary command to hold them from making “false accusations, underestimating and tweeting ” actors claim to cause him and his family members” dangerous, loss and prejudice ”.
Lawyer Khan Pradeep Ghandy asked for AD-Interim assistance which was urgent on Friday before the court.
However, Advocate Abha Singh and Aditya Pratap appeared for Kakkad against such a request and others seeking time to take instructions and submit their reply as they say copying copies are presented on Thursday.
The additional court of Judge Anil Laddhad was postponing the trial on January 20, 2022 and directed the defendants to submit their reply at that time.
