Samantha Ruth Prabhu has talked about the importance of mental health when he tells his own struggle with mental health problems.
The actress was invited to be the main guest for the launch of ‘psychiatry on your door initiative from Rosini Trust and Datla Foundation.
Being in the spotlight for the problem in his current personal life, Samantha has provided a window about how he handles the problem.
Samantha, who spoke on the show, opened about the mental health struggle and how many people helped him overcome the problem.
Actress ‘Rangasthalam’ said, “There should be no obstacles about seeking help when you are mentally disturbed.
In my case, I can overcome my mental health problems only with the help of my counselor and friends.”
The actress also emphasized the point that seeking help from psychiatrists must be normalized.
“Like how we go to the doctor for physical injury, we also have to consult a doctor if our hearts hurt”, he said.
“If I succeed in the next part of my life, it’s not because I’m strong.
But that’s because many people around me helped me become strong”, Samantha stressed.
“Many people spend a lot of time and effort to help.
It’s time for all of us to do our little,” actress ‘Oh Baby’ added.
