Samsung has begun launching the Android 2021 security patch for the Galaxy A72 smartphone.
The update arrived immediately after the launch of the Galaxy A52 update which was surprisingly followed by the Galaxy A8 and now slid into the Galaxy A72.
Updates are currently being launched in certain areas that include Russia, Ukraine and several nearby areas.
A wider launch is expected to occur for a week.
The Android security patch carries the A725FXXU3UG2 firmware number.
Apart from security patches, the update also brings some bug fixes.
For those who are unconscious, the previous update for the Galaxy A72 brings several features to smartphones such as camera updates, increasing call quality, increasing facial recognition and more.
If you are the owner of the Galaxy A72 and incidentally in one particular area it is likely that you will receive update notifications.
If you haven’t, go to the settings – software updates and check updates manually.
The Galaxy A72 smartphone displays a 6.7-inch Samoled FHD + screen with 90Hz refresh speed.
This is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
For imaging assignments, the Galaxy A72 also has a quad-camera setting, where the main camera is a 64MP sensor.
