When Apple launched its flagship smartphone series this week, the iPhone 13, rumors around the upcoming lineup of Samsung also heated up.
It is hoped that Korean technology giants will reveal a series of Galaxy S22 smartphones early next year.
While the company has not provided details about the upcoming model, Tipster Ice Universe has revealed some interesting information about the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup.
According to leaks, the basic Galaxy S22 model can have a smaller appearance and size of the battery.
The leak shows that the Galaxy S22 will display a 6.06-inch screen, making it the smallest galaxy flagship since the Galaxy S10E launched at the beginning of 2019.

There is no detail about why Samsung can go for a smaller display and battery.
Changes in specifications, if true, can be guided by the need to reduce the cost or user preferences of the Ultra Galaxy S22 model reported to pack a 5,000 mAh battery followed by S22 + which tends to have a 4,500 mAh battery.
Because of the smaller size, the basic S22 is expected to get a 3,700 mAh battery.
Leaks also suggest that the upcoming Galaxy S22 and S22 + Galaxy will feature charging 45W and S22 will get 25W charging support.
When it comes to the camera, the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 + speculates to be equipped with a 50MP GN5 camera lens along with 12MP ultra-wide lenses and telephoto.
Galaxy 22 Ultra is expected to get an enhanced 108MP camera sensor.
According to the old leak, the S22 Ultra will be the only model in the lineup to boast of LTPO technology which helps a speed scale refresh to be displayed in real-time to save battery.
Some rumors also claim the same display for the iPhone 13 series.
Under the tent, the Galaxy S22 series will likely package the Exynos 2200 chipset.
On Galaxy S22 Ultra, the chipset is expected to be paired with AMD GPU clock at a frequency of 120MHz.
It would be interesting to see how the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup that will come against the new Apple 13 Apple series is released, but for this we have to wait for several months.
