New Delhi: Samsung is ready to launch the next generation folding smartphone next week.
The company has scheduled the Galaxy Unpacked event for August 11, where it will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip smartphone 3.
Now ahead of the official launch, the full specification of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 which will come along with new Renders appears online.
Windecture Windefuture Germany, has shared a new rendering and a complete list of specifications from the upcoming folding smartphone from Samsung.
In accordance with the German website, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is said to run the Android 11 operating system upon it with a layer of company one UI 3.1.
The foldable smartphone is also said to get an Android update 12.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to use a 6.7-inch internal screen with a resolution of 1080×2650 and 120Hz refresh speed.
The folding smartphone design Clamshell is also said to accommodate an external screen of 1.9 inches with a resolution of 260×512 pixels.
The back glass to be folded into two is rumored to be protected by a layer of corning Gorilla Glass Vitus.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor paired with 8GB of RAM.
The folded smartphones are said to come in two variants – 128GB and 256GB.
It is said to use a double rear camera with a 12MP main sensor with Aperture F / 1.8 and a 12MP secondary sensor with F / 2.2 aperture and fixed focus.
The inner screen is expected to accommodate a 10MP selfie camera with an F / 2.4 aperture.
The smartphone is said to come with a fingerprint sensor installed on the side and IP68 ranking which will make a waterproof smartphone.
Dual SIM smartphones are expected to package 3,300 mAh batteries and it is said to have a weight of 183 grams.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is said to come in a choice of black, cream, and lavender.
The report also added that Samsung has tested a 200,000 smartphone hinge mechanism.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to be priced at € 1099 (US $ 1.305 / rs 1.67,620.).
