Samsung has launched a Augmented Reality filter (AR) on Instagram and Facebook which will allow people to almost experience how Samsung’s TV lifestyle, frame, will look at their homes.
According to Samsung, AR filters will allow consumers to almost experience a frame in their living space by simply pointing their cellphone cameras in any part of their home and also choose the choice of bezel and different artwork, check the dimensions and match it with space and decoration.
The company claims that AR filters make it easier for consumers to explore and find Samsung products from the comfort of their homes and make purchasing decisions based on information, without coming out of their homes.
To further increase involvement and excitement with consumers, Samsung has launched a new contest that allows four lucky contest participants to win the frame by following a few simple steps.
When using AR filters on Instagram or Facebook, participants need to do a frame in their home environment, select the bezel of their choice, select artwork from the options provided or select one of their own screens’ screenshots and click screenshots and post them on each social media each, marking Samsung India.
This contest lives and will end on September 9.
The four lucky winners will be announced on September 27.
