Prayagraj: Sangam City once again set a record for the highest Covid-19 vaccination in one day because 70,706 Jab was managed to the recipient of all age groups on Monday with a special campaign.
This campaign was held in more than 400 sites and the Prayagraj district recorded the highest recipient bridge throughout the state.
Prayagraj was attended by Lucknow, Sitapur, Gorakhpur and Shahjahanpur in terms of vaccines given to the recipient on Monday, said the Ministry of Health officials.
Of 70,706 Jabs, 46,462 receivers of all age groups were given the first dose while 24,244 recipients were given the second dose.
With this, a total of 32,45,674 beneficiaries of all age groups including 25,24,268 of the first dose and 7.21,406 of the second dose were covered.
Of the 32.45,674 receiver, 17,50,066 men, 14.94,127 women and 1,481 transgender people have been borne.
That way, the department has set a target to manage JABS to 1.62 lakh recipients of all age groups but has reached a 43% target only on Monday.
The Ministry of Health officials claim that more than 72% of target recipients in the Regency are given Jab has so far set a target to manage Jabs to 45.16 Lakh recipients in the Prasagraj district.
District immunization officers and additional Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) Dr.
Teuth Lal told TI that the department aimed at covering the maximum number of recipients in one Mega campaign day and succeeded in efforts.
“All health staff have been survived on their hard work and unrelenting spirit that helps the department to reach the target.
The department has set a target to manage 1.62 lakh jab on Monday during the mega vaccination campaign and managed to cover 70,706 receivers,” Add it.
He, however, stated that more than 56% of the recipients were given at least one dose until now, while 16% of the target recipients were fully vaccinated.
The numbers also indicate that as many as 5,05.78 jab was given to the recipient who qualified, including 2.40, 161 men and 2,64,784 women receivers in the last 18 days in October alone.
Right on the launch of the vaccination drive against Covid-19 in the Prayagraj district, a total of 11,504 doses were given to frontline workers in January while the total number of dosages given to the recipient, including the frontline worker was 51,575 in February.
In March, the number of Jab rose to 1.17,625 and the number rose to 1,86,853 in April.
The number of doses given crosses two lakh mark in May when a total of 2,21,808 doses given to the recipient of all age groups.
Tally rose to 2,74,860 and then 3,52,925 in June and July.
The vaccination rate gained momentum in the second week of August, and a total of 5,84,496 jab was given in August.
However, September solved all previous records, and 9,39,300 vaccine shooting given in September equaled the total number of Jab given in July and August together.
