Kalyan: Senior Congress Leader Sanjay Dutt has been ordered under violations that cannot be respected for attacking men giving gas to demand payments in dombivli.
The victim, was identified as Raj Yadav, working at his gas shakti body.
Dutt is a former MLC of Maharashtra assembly.
He was currently posted as Secretary of the Indian Congress Committee and was responsible for Himachal Pradesh for the Congress Party.
Yadav, who worked at the Dutt Gas Agency for the past 20 years in Dombivli, in his complaint to the local Vishnu Nagar police have alleged that the DUTT on October 30 attacked him in the agent when he demanded a down payment to pay off the loan.
Acting on Yadav complaints, the police registered NC against Dutt below 323,504 and 506 of the Criminal Code.
DUTT is not available to comment.
However, his close colleagues who did not want to be crowned to the Toi, “Jadav deliberately tried to slander Dutt.
Recently, the manager of the Gas Agency found Yadav delaying the agency by collecting money from customers and did not deposit the same on the agency.
When Dutt Asked him, he filed a false complaint against Dutt to save himself.
“Manager of the Duttan Ghode Duttan Gas Agency also has provided a written complaint against Yadav to the police Wisnu Local Nagar who complained that Yadav deceived the body of Rs 2 Lakh.
