Sara Ali Khan has been on an impressive weight loss journey right before she made her Bollywood debut.
Undoubtfully, her transformation has left her fans impressed.
Talking about it, she has always been vocal about her strict diet, intensive workout sessions and yoga that helped to achieve her fitness goal.
In fact, she is regularly papped outside her yoga class in the city.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day today, the young actress took to her social media handles and shared an impressive picture where she is seen acing the art of balance near the poolside.
Donning an athleisure top with bottom, Sara is seen soaked in the hypnotic silence of the hills.

Earlier, during her debut on a chatshow hosted by Karan Johar, Sara had revealed that she used to be 96 kgs.
However, losing weight for her was even difficult as she suffered from PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome).
She said, “I had PCOD.
I still do.
And because of that I think I put on the amount of weight that I did.” To this, her father Saif Ali Khan quickly added to her in the show, “It had nothing to do with the pizzas you used to have?”
Sara replied, “Of course it was.
I ate a lot…
but I also did have PCOD which made it very hard for me to lose weight.”
Despite all the odds, Sara opted for a career in acting and it was her mother Amrita Singh who advised her to lose weight.
