How do you see it as a filmmaker writer? So fabulous.
What is NFDC for filmmakers in the 70s, the OTT platform is for us today.
We can tell stories that we believe, without hanging down Friday.
The audience also chooses interesting stories above who is on the poster.
My aunt from Kolkata calls the other day, excited about Malayalam films that she found on a platform.
This won’t happen if the theater and television channel are the only way entertainment.
The OTT platform frees us, we can enter this Pandora box and choose to watch anything that caught our attention, not just what we expected to be found.
Joy of this new discovery.

How is your experience behind the camera? To be able to tell a story is a privilege! I am very grateful that some of the scripts I did, from the beginning of my career were made into some beautiful films.

But really, I worshiped at Altar Moira from ‘Schitt’s Creek’.
What film do you want to like in the future? The film is relevant and who captures the world and the time we stay.
I like movies that don’t consider themselves too serious or in bubbles, far from our reality.
I like films and stories with humor, really.
And I believe that humor has great strength to make comments without being a sermon.
Whatever actor you want to do? So many! Too many! And I want to work with them all, so I won’t choose just a few.
From between beginners, which do you think have the most potential? Skand Thakur and asked Maniktala have great potential as an actor.
I really like watching Adarsh Gaurav on ‘The White Tiger’ and Ishaan Khattar in ‘a suitable boy’.
What is next? I am deep in the writer’s room, and have fun! It’s too new for me to talk about it now but you will soon hear from me.
I promise you that it will be worth the wait.
