It was decided at the meeting that the Director (Enforcement) of the City Council of Delhi and Sho, Sarojini Market must ensure that there is no vendor or unauthorized street vendors operating in the market and there will be no additional encroachment throughout the market.
The shop owner will not be allowed to explore the public route or allow space in front of shops for unauthorized use.
Violations of these norms will produce sealed stores and FIR will be registered with the owner by NDMC.
Entering the market will only be from the gate number 1.3 and 5 and the exit will be from the gateway number 2, 2A and 4.
All shop owners must ensure 100% vaccination of staff and their helpers in the vaccination camp arranged in the market.
The minutes of the meeting said that it was guaranteed by representatives of all market associations that they were full responsibility to ensure the appropriate behavior of Covid and in implementing the direction of the command of Delhi Disaster Management Authority in Surat & Spirit.
