Coimbatore: Special Investigation Team investigating the case of Kodanad Heist-Murder on Wednesday interrogated Vivek Jayaraman, former Chairman of the Jayalalithaa Minister of Aide VK Sasikala and Chief Executive Officer of Jaya TV.
Confirming that Vivek was interrogated, the South Zone IG R but Sudhakar refused to divulge information Further related to interrogation.
It was the first time Vivek was interrogated with respect to the case.
According to sources, Vivek was interrogated at the school recruiting school (PR) for three hours which ended at 5 pm parks in Chennai and Kodanad Estate.
In April 2017, the gang led by the former driver of Jayalalithaa Kanagaraj killed the Kodanad bungalow guard and stole documents from there.
Five days after the incident, Kanagaraj was killed in an accident on the road.
This case was reopened for investigation in August 2021.
