CHENNAI: The AIADMK on Sunday dubbed V K Sasikala, former chief minister Jayalalithaa’s aide, also as”waste bags” and also”a weight” the party didn’t want to endure.
Following a meeting convened to pass a resolution against Sasikala according to directions from the AIADMK direction, former minister and senior chief Natham Viswanathan stated neither cadres nor those of Tamil Nadu needed her back at the celebration.
“Cadres as well as the individuals won’t accept Sasikala.
Thus, why should bear such a weight,” he told reporters.
A meeting convened by him Dindigul in south Tamil Nadu concluded the AIADMK should reestablish cadres who had some affiliation with Sasikala.

“Ultimately it was Amma (Jayalalithaa), that came back to direct the celebration,” Sasikala explained, adding,”Old leaders are fearful of an uprising among cadres in my favor” The cadres and folks needed her back at the celebration and to direct it,” she explained.
The AIADMK’s Coimbatore unit headed by party whip S Velumani satisfied on Sunday and handed settlements, accusing Sasikala of sparking casteist feelings of the rank and file in an attempt to make confusion amongst cadres.
“The AIADMK won’t concede to the whims of a single household.
The party doesn’t have any affiliation with Sasikala,” the resolution stated.
AIADMK functionaries such as former deputy speaker of Tamil Nadu meeting Pollachi V Jayaraman and party MLAs who engaged at the meeting the high command’s decision to bag partymen who talked to Sasikala on telephone.
