Tunis (Tunisia): Indian table tennis duo from G Sathiyan and Harmeet Desai scored a 3-1 victory which dominated over Emmanual Lebesson and Alexandre Cassin at Clash Summit to claim the men’s doubles title at WTT Contender Tunis on Saturday.
Sathiyan and Desai beat the French duo 11-9, 4-11, 11-9, 11-6.
The Indian duo bagged the first game but they lost momentum and allowed the French couple to raise the match level.
Sathiyan and Desai, however, clawed them back by leading once more and then hardly sweating in winning the fourth match and title.
