Sathiyan joined the National Camp on September 11

Chennai: Bintang Paddler G Sathiyan, who currently displays in the Polish League, will join the National Camp on September 11.
Sathiyan previously sought liberation from being part of the camp where on Thursday.
Sathiyan, who appeared in the world TT Candender in Hungary and Czecho open last month, will arrive in the coming days from Poland.
“I have sent TTFI (Indian table tennis federation) which states that I will join the camp at 11 months,” Sathiyan told TI on Friday.
Previously, Sathiyan and Manika Batra had conveyed their intention to skip it.
TTFI, in its part, has stated that attending the National Camp is an important criterion for national selection.
Lost camp could mean that they might be ignored for selection in the Indian team for the Asian championship scheduled to be held in Doha later this month.
Sathiyan, on his side, made it clear that there was no specific reason for the U round.
While Sathiyan will join the late camp — still have to be seen if Manika will follow him.
Both Manika and Sathiyan have been in great form when they won the mixed doubles title at WTT competitors in Budapest last month and performed well on single events too.
Sathiyan went to win the Lajang Putra crown in Czech Open.
