In an interview with CNBC, the Indian-Origin CEO said that the company would “look short” if they forced employees back to the office.
Nadella further said that companies must use data extensively to find out how to do it.
“I am looking forward to the whole world to overcome this challenge, because until we do certain companies, the area thinks they have found the answer, I think it will only be a shortcut,” he told CNBC.
In the working trend index, Microsoft explains how to rely on data to formulate her hybrid model to get employees back to the office.
“Our new data shows there is no only approach to hybrid work, because employee expectations continue to change.
The only way for organizations to be solved for this complexity is embracing flexibility throughout their operating models, including the way people work, places that are They live, and how they approach the business process, “said Nadella.
