Google’s photo allows users to change the quality of their photos and videos to fit their preferences, and to clean the storage space.
Each Google account is equipped with 15GB of storage.
15GB storage is shared throughout Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos.
Starting June 1, 2021, Google Photos has also become part of this 15GB quota.
This means Google photos are no longer free.
However, high quality (now named Storage Saver) and expressing photos and videos supported to Google photos before June 1, 2021 will not be taken into account for the storage of Google users.

The video, which is higher than 1080p will be changed to 1080p high definition.
Video with 1080p or less it will look close to the original.
Some information, such as closed text, may be lost.
Please note that this setting will not appear if you do not have photos in the original quality.
How to activate Storage Saver mode? On a computer / laptop, open photo.google.com/settings.
Click Restore storage.
Will this setting be permanent? No, storage saver only works with photos in Google’s photo.
It will not change the quality of the user’s future upload.
Also, users can only restore storage once a day.
