Mumbai: The Indian state bank has decided to maintain revised instructions regarding the joined letter for pregnant women candidates in delay.
It follows the protest from politicians, the female rights agency and general anger on social media for the provision of bank circular which limits the letter to join the candidate of women who are pregnant for three months.
Swati Maliwal, Chairperson, Delhi Commission for Women, took knowledge of Suo Moto’s report on new guidelines, issued a notification to the Chair of the Indian state bank against the December 31 circulation which said that women who were more than three months pregnant would be considered.
