New Delhi: The Supreme Court has upheld the investigation of “the truth, adequacy and inability of” medical care that was expanded to the former Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa and rejected the request of Apollo Hospital who challenged the Justice TA Arumughaswamy commission.
