New Delhi: The Supreme Court has agreed to examine the request to provide legal assistance to women, who face harassment in their home words.
The request is also looking for householding where women can remain after their lodging and their in-laws.
The APEX court has issued a notification to the center, looking for his response on December 6 on the PIL submitted by NGOs, ‘we are women’.
The bench headed by Justice Lalit Law, however, rejected the request to issue notice to all countries.
