New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday, in a temporary order, allows the resumption of medical counseling for receiving NEET-PG for 2021-22, and upholds the validity of 27 percent of OBC and 10 percent UWS quota.
Judge Dy Chandrachud and when Bopanna said that detailed reasons for temporary commands will follow and counseling for Neet-PG for the academic year 2021-22 will continue with the criteria that have been notified.
Rise it said that the validity of the 8 lakh RS criteria for determining the EWS for the coming years will submit to the final adjudication of the petition batch and register a final hearing application on March 5.
