New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked Baba Ramdev before the original record of his statement was allegedly given to the use of allopathic drugs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“What’s the original thing he said? You haven’t put everything,” a bench led by the Chairman of the Judge N V Ramana told the senior advocate to beat Rohatgi, who appeared for the teacher’s yoga.
Rohatgi told the bench, it also consisted of Judge S Bopanna and Hrishikesh Roy, that he would submit the original video along with the transcript of the statement.
“We have heard senior advisors who appear for the Petitioner – Swami Ram Dev for some time.
Advocacy-on-record appears for the Petitioner directed to submit additional documents in this issue,” the bench and posted this problem on July 5.
The top court heard Ramdev’s request to find lodging at the trial in connection with several pine which lodged against it by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) in Bihar and Chhattisgarh for alleged comments on the use of allopathic pandemics during the Covid-19 pandemic.
, Chapter Patna and Raipur from IMA have filed complaints against Ramdev who accused that their statements tend to cause prejudice against the Covid control mechanism and can prevent people from using the right pandemic to pandemics.
In his request, Ramdev has been looking for firs that lodged in Patna and Raipur transferred to Delhi.
During hearing was carried out through video conferencing, Rohatgi told the bench that Ramdev was a public figure and supporters of yoga and ayurveda.
He said that during an event, Ramdev had read the WhatsApp message sent to him.
Ramdev has clarified that he had nothing to doctors or anyone, said Rohatgi, added that several complaints had been registered with the teacher’s yoga in a different place.
“Different complaints and firs have been submitted against it,” he said, adding that this complaint was exchanged in Delhi.
Rohatgi said that last year, when Patanjali brought ‘Koronil’, the Allopathic doctor opposed it.
“He (Ramdev) does not oppose them.
Why should he go to so many places? Everyone has freedom of speech,” he said.
Ramdev has been ordered under various provisions of India Code and Disaster Management Law, 2005.
Section 188 (Disbearance to be properly ordered by civil servants), 269 (negligent actions tend to carry out a disease infection for life) and 504 (insults Intentional with the intention to provoke the violation of peace) IPC was called to him.
Ramdev, whose alleged comments triggered National Allopati versus Ayurveda debate, has attracted his statement on May 23 after receiving a letter from the Health Minister Uni Harsh Vardhan who said his statement “inappropriate”.
Ramdev has also been urgent to stay at an investigation with respect to criminal complaints.
