The applicant also accused the council failed to implement a procedure for a dispute recovery mechanism related to results.
The bench said that the request was submitted before being treated as a representation and reason raised in that matter was handled properly by the committee within two weeks.
The top court has registered the problem to hear after two weeks.
The advice that arises for the applicant said this problem raises a problem of alleged non-implementation of evaluation policies in the true letter and spirit.
The lawyer said that the authorities had decided their representatives but without the command of speaking and they had not yet entered into the problems raised by the students.
The advice argues that there are differences in value that should be given to these students based on their actual performance and signs given in the results.
“Their complaint is that they have not been awarded the sign in accordance with the evaluation policy confirmed by the court,” the advice was argued, adding that the applicant did not challenge the evaluation policy in any way.
The advice that appeared for CBSE told the bench that the school told that the results were declared in accordance with the board policy.
The bench then asked whether the relevant authority had given a reason when dealing with individual complaints submitted by students.

The APEX court has approved the CISCE and CBSE assessment scheme and has said that he must enter the provisions for dispute resolution in terms of students wanting the final correction.
The request, which was heard by the APEX court on Thursday, had claimed that the applicant had been awarded the signs of the lessor, causing major prejudices to them.
The application has alleged that the CBSE provides a mechanism for dispute resolution but “only on paper and fails to apply the same thing in reality that has caused major prejudices for the applicant’s students and it will cause irreparable losses”.
It also looks for directions that the results are stated based on the formula 30:30:40 and taking into account the actual sign they have obtained.
CBSE previously said it would evaluate class 12 students for theory based on 30 percent of the 10th grade board, 30 percent of class 11, and 40 percent of the sign based on performance in the unit, medium term, and pre-board tests in class 12.
It is said that the sign obtained by 12th grade students in practical and internal assessments actually as uploaded by the school on the CBSE portal is also considered in determining the final results.
