New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday strongly expressed displeasure of this center to impose Reform Tribuns Act 2021, reducing the provisions of the members and chairman of the court, which he said was identical to the law hit by SC.
The APEX court said the government appeared to be hell no respect for the APEX court order.
“You master the court,” said Cji N V Ramana and Judge D Y Chandrachud and L Rao.
The bench said the 9 SC jury appointed by the government within 7 days of recommendations achieved it.
“Why it took one and a half years to appoint a court member and the chairman,” he asked.
CJI said we were not interested or invited any confrontation (with the government), we included this problem to hear further until next Monday.
“We do not want to confrontation with the government but we will leave without choice but to close the court or take over the appointment and start insults if the government does not apply recommendations,” he said.
