New Delhi: This is a classic case of a conspiracy that runs very wrong in the last stretch.
A woman felt a divorce in the month of approval after her mother’s death, a government employee, to get government work about the reason for compassion but ended without work and her husband as the Supreme Court saw fraud.
Judge and Aniruddha Bose denied loving work to the daughter of a government employee who died when he found that he conspirized to cancel his marriage with a joint agreement after his mother’s death with the only goal of toring the government’s work.
Mother Petitioner V Somyashree, who was employed with the Karnataka government as the second division assistant at the Treasury of Mandya Regency, died in Harness on March 25, 2012.
Soumyashree married at that time.
Six months later, he initiated divorce with joint approval and on March 20, 2013, the court court canceled his marriage.
The next day, he filed a designation for the reason for compassion.
