Mumbai: The Supreme Court on Friday fired a special leave petition submitted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to challenge the guarantee confirmed by the Bombay High Court for Kalyan Youth Areb Majeed, accused of the Links of Islamic Visit (IS) following his visit to Syria.
