SC Fine Party because it doesn’t obey orders on Netas Criminals

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday imposed a fine of several political parties, including BJP and Congress, for failing to obey his previous order about publishing information about candidates with criminal records.

Previously today, The Apex Court said that there were no criminal cases that opposed to sit and former MPE members and MLA could be withdrawn by the state government without the previous order from the State High Court.
