New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday took Suo Motu’s awareness of the “sad death” of a judge suspected of being trimmed in Dhanbad and looking for status reports within a week from the Secretary of Jharkhand and DGP about the investigation of the incident.
The bench headed by the Chairman of Judge N V Ramana said the Jharkhand High Court would continue to monitor investigations.
The APEX court said he had taken Suo Motu’s awareness of the attack on judicial officers and legal brotherhood throughout the country.
Bench, which also consists of Judge Surya Kant, issues notice to all countries and specifically seeks the existence of Jharkhand Advocate General when he hears the case next week.
On Thursday, the main field said the main justice of the Jharkhand High Court had taken problems related to the alleged murder of the judicial officer.
District and judge-8 court session Dhanbad, Uttam Anand, was in the morning walking on Wednesday when he was killed by automatic rickshaws at Randhir Verma Chowk near the District Court in the conscious police station area.
