New Delhi: The Supreme Court has asked the union government to consider attracting insurance release of up to 1.5 lakh buses owned by road transport companies (SRTC), which is full of large losses, because they find victims and injured in accidents involving this bus for Waiting for years to get compensation from the company managed by the government.

The fifth together accounted for around 69% of the total loss by the Srtus.

Bench said, “In fact, there are many illustrations where the vehicle must be attached to the coercive recovery of the srtus to make payments to the claimant”.
SC again falls back on ASG to “check the possibility of pulling an exception (from insurance for the SRTUS bus) or for (composing) a mechanism to ensure that the collection of adequate funds is available with these companies to fulfill their obligations (in motors) accidents involving buses Srtus) on the prosecutor.
Sud told the court that an effort to streamline the process of paying a quick compensation to the victim of an accident or injured through the development of cellular applications that can carry all traction.
