SC recommends a new CJ for 13 high courts

New Delhi: The Collegium SC was led by the Chairman of Indian Justice NV Ramana on Friday the appointment of eight high court judges as the main judge of various HCs and transferred five main HC judges as other HCS heads, thus took steps to place a new head of the judge at 13 States.
Collegium also recommends the transfer of 28 high court judges from their current HCS to other HCS, many on request and others for better justice administration, APEX court resources said.

Collegium also consists of Judge Land Lalit, Am Khanwilkar, Dy Chandrachud and LN Rao held a meeting of the Spaning Days Marathon, which resulted in Cji and the four most senior SC judges sat half an hour late on two consecutive days to complete the name.
HC Judges are suitable to guide the country’s justice and transfer five cj to other HCS for better justice administration.
The other 4 CJ that has been transferred is: Justice Arup Kumar Goswami, transferred from Andhra Pradesh HC to Chhattisgarh HC; Justice Mohd Rafiq from Madhya Pradesh to Himachal Pradesh HC; Justice Indrajit Mahany from Rajasthan HC to Tripura HC and Justice Biswanath Somadder from Meghalaya to Sikkim HC.
Justice Prakash Srivastava, who is a senior judge – mostly in MP HC, has been recommended to be appointed as Chair of the Justice of Calcutta HC.
Acting Chief Justice Chhattisgarh HC Prashant Kumar Mishra was advised to be appointed as chairman of Justice Andhra Pradesh HC.
Justice Ruit Raj Awasthi from Allahabad HC has been recommended for appointment as CJ Karnataka HC.
Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, whose parent HC is Madhya Pradesh and is currently posted as a judge at Karnataka HC, has been recommended for appointment as the Head of Justice Telangana HC.
The Justice Post of the HC head was empty after the appointment of Judge Hima Kohli as Judge SC.
Justice Ranjit V more than Bombay HC and currently the most senior judge in Meghalaya HC, has been recommended for the appointment as Chair of Meghalaya.
Karnataka HC Hakim Arvind Kumar has been recommended for designation as CJ Gujarat HC.
Justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath, which comes from Karnataka and is currently chairman of Hakesh Himachal Pradesh, has been recommended for the appointment as Chair of the Madhya Pradesh HC.
