New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a telecommunications company’s request for a correction of alleged errors in the calculation of adjustable gross income (AGR).
The top court has been in September last year provided a 10-year telecommunication company to clean up their Pending AGR contributions to the central government with a 10 percent payment every year.
The deadline given to the company for the first installment is March 31, 2021.
