The Supreme Court has refused to entertain pills looking for a strict sensor from the Social Media post of Bollywood actor Kangana Ranana and clubbing of firs against him for his statement to the Sikh community.
However, the court allowed Mumbai police to continue their investigation into this matter.
A petition was filed in the Supreme Court who was looking for sensors on future posts made by the actress, to maintain the law and order in the country.
The request submitted by Advocate Charanjeet Singh Chanderpal also looked for directions to transfer all the campfires submitted in India for his remarks on the protest of farmers, to the Khar police station in Mumbai.
He also looked for a charging sheet to be submitted in a six-month period along with a quick trial within two years.

Advocates stated that comments Ranana and social media posts ‘were not only outrageous and blasphemy’ but claimed that the actress was also ‘intended to cause riots’.

“The information is not only outrageous and blasphemous but also intends to cause riots, hurt religious sentiment, they slander and describe SIKH in a truly anti-national way.
It also justifies the murder of innocent Sikh.
The comment really opposes unity Our country and the actress deserve serious punishment in law.
