New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to disrupt the orders of the Allahabad High Court which directed the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) to investigate cases related to the alleged death of the 24-year-old man’s custodian in February this year.

It quoted FIR who filed a complaint of the late brother who said several police officers came to Yadav’s house on February 11 and took him away with the intention to involve him and he was detained at the police station.
The High Court has noted that the police record claimed Yadav was arrested when he rode a motorcycle and he fell and received an injury.
Also note that the police records said that after Jadav was taken to the police station, he was sent for first aid and doctors referred him to care to the district hospital but when they got there, he died.
