New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday refusing to continue to get a Delhi High Court order allows private schools without assistance in the national capital to collect annual fees and development costs from students.
A bench headed by Justice A M Khanwilkar did not agree with the submission of the DOE DIRECTORATE (DOE) from the Delhi government that the command was suspended notification for a while to provide assistance to the parents of students.
