New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday waste two litigation of public interest (PILS) who sought the formulation of pan India uniform policies from Covid-19 vaccination for free everyone and gave priority to people submission.

The PIL submitted by the Indian Social Democratic Party during the second wave states that under article 21, everyone in India has invaluable rights to get free vaccination.
Further petitions stated that if the population was large, including most parts that were poorly vaccinated freely, it would help in increasing the immunity of herd among citizens.
