Nagpur: The Supreme Court on Tuesday provided temporary protection from the arrest to Dr.
Sameer Paltewar and issued a notification to the Maharashtra government.
This case is related to the dispute between the Director of Meditrina Hospital and the company who manage it.
Various litigation connected with this problem has been delayed in civil and criminal courts.
The APEX court bench consisting of Judge Sanjay Kiswan Kiss and Hrishikesh Roy also directed the applicant’s doctor to cooperate with the Investigation Agency.
At the end of July, the Bombay High Court has rejected the anticipatory assurance request from Paltewar.
Advocates of Senior Ranjit Kumar and Advocates Aakash Gupta appeared for Dr.
Paltewar.
