SC to check preparedness to overcome the third wave of Covid

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday said that it would examine how prepared the country faced the third wave of Covid-19 and asked the center to submit an action report (ATR) on the advice of the national task force designated in court.

“Now we want to look at where we stand if there is a third wave,” said the court.
The additional lawyer General Aishwarya Bhati told the bench that the final report of the sub-committee on oxygen requirements in Delhi was still awaited and that only the temporary report was submitted.
SC has set NTF on May 6 to form a methodology for oxygen allocation.
