New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday postponed this issue for August 25 submitted by key accusations, Anup Majee and also the Government of Mamata Banerjee to the command of Calcutta High Cadrass giving CBI sanctions’ without state approval.

Abhishek Banerjee’s wife, nephew of the Chairman of the West Bengal Minister, Mamata Banerjee was also examined in the alleged fraud of coal mining and also served notice in this case.
On one of the hearings, the APEX court has lived an arrest of allegations, Majee to hear further in this case.
The APEX court heard the petition submitted by the defendant, Majee, on whether the probe agent, the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) can use his jurisdiction of the train area, in the state, without the previous consent of the state government in question.
In this suspected illegal coal mining case, in the West Bengal state, the CBI has interrogated Abhishek Banerjee, nephew of the Head of State Minister of Mamata Banerjee.
In the appeal submitted by the defendant, Majee, the state government has submitted a written statement and stated before the court that “CBI does not have jurisdiction to investigate this case, because the country does not give approval to please the CBI probe.
But the same case is still being examined by the CBI.
