New Delhi: The Supreme Court Monday said he would hear on December 6.

The request, submitted through Advocate Ravi Prakash, has been looking for directions to CBSE not to declare as a failed 12th grade student who has been passed in the results of the evaluation.

The request refers to the CBSE evaluation policy clause on June 17 which says that students who are not satisfied with the assessment, carried out by policy, will be given the opportunity to appear in the exam that will be carried out by the Board when his condition is conducive to conducive examinations.
According to the clause, the sign printed in the next exam will be considered final.
Claiming that this clause contradicts other CBSE circular, the application has referred to the March 16 circle which said that “Better than the two signs obtained in the subject will be considered for the final declaration of the” and “of their candidates who will improve the performance will be issued a combination of Mark Sheet “.
It is said that there are no special rules that say that the original sign sheet will become invalid or canceled for students who appear in an increase in investigation.

“Packness of respondents (CBSE) is the same as taking the basic rights of students who are innocent based on Article 21 of the Constitution, namely the right to life which includes the right to the livelihood and Article 21A of the constitution based on higher education.
“Therefore, the official respondent’s actions are unconstitutional, illegal and arbitrary in a series of facts and current situations as violations of article 21, 21a and 14 constitutions,” said the application.
In accordance with the CBSE press statement, 34,317 regular students have emerged in the offline exam for the purpose of increasing their mark, he said.
