New Delhi: The Supreme Court Monday said he would hear on November 18.

“Approval assumes the significance as a test is directly related to the mental health of the applicant who requires a conducive and voluntary atmosphere to ensure a fair assessment.
It is general knowledge that the third wave of Covid pandemics is predicted,” he said.
The petition claims that the current offline test system is now “full of poor planning and lack of the application of the mind” which will be more detrimental to the prejudices of students.
“Even if the respondents (councils and others) want to conduct an examination on that date, it has sufficient time and resources to plan it carefully and consider the concerns raised in the petition today,” he said.
