New Delhi: The Supreme Court Monday said he would hear on November 18.

Senior Advocate Sanjay Hegde appeared for the applicant, told the bench that this problem needed an urgent consideration because the council’s examination would begin from Tuesday.
The bench, who observed that the petition was delayed registered to hear in January next year, recorded submissions and said he would conduct a trial on the request and the two things would be taken this week.
When the advice that arises to the applicant said the pending petition in the APEX court had raised some different problems, Bench said, “We will see that on Thursday (November 18).
If the problem is the same, it will be heard together”.
The top court gives freedom to the applicant to serve a copy of the face of the request to the respondent, including an advisor standing for CBSE.
The bench also heard separate petitions that have increased the problems related to the results in an increase in improvement carried out by the CBSE.
The court asked for advice that emerged to the applicants to serve a copy of the progress of the request to an advisor standing for CBSE and central agents and posted this problem on November 22.
Application, looking for a hybrid option in the next board exam, has claimed that the entire board exercises in doing the term one or one semester exam in offline mode just “the patent does not make sense”.
In accordance with the date sheet announced by the Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE), the term one council exam will begin on November 16.
Semester One of the council councils for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE) exam will begin on November 22.
Application, submitted through Advocate Sumanth Nookala, said that the next examination was carried out in hybrid mode with the option to choose between offline and online checks.
“Approval assumes the significance as a test is directly related to the mental health of the applicant who requires a conducive and voluntary atmosphere to ensure a fair assessment.
It is general knowledge that the third wave of Covid pandemics is predicted,” he said.
The petition claims that the current offline test system is now “full of poor planning and lack of the application of the mind” which will be more detrimental to the prejudices of students.
“Even if the respondents (councils and others) want to conduct an examination on that date, it has sufficient time and resources to plan it carefully and consider the concerns raised in the petition today,” he said.
