New Delhi: The Supreme Court is scheduled to be heard on Monday, this problem is related to the Lakhimpur Kheri October 3 incident where eight people, including four farmers, were killed in violence during farmer protests.

“Of the 30 witnesses, 23 claims to be an eyewitness.
Many witnesses are formal witnesses of recovery and all,” state advice has told the bench, added that 16 defendants had been identified so far.
The police have so far arrested several defendants, including the State Union Minister for Mishra’s Son Ashish Mishra’s house, in connection with this case.
