New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday ordered SuperTech real estate firms to process refunds to home buyers, who have been affected due to the demolition of two 40-storey towers in Noida.

Trivedi said Supertech had to refund full money to home buyers, who filed an insult petition, on February 28, and other home buyers who were not in court must approach it within a week.
The top court received a calculation report submitted by Amicus Curiae Advocate Gaurav Agarwal for refunds to home buyers, who apply for insult.
