Udhagamandalam: Panic gripping Rock Lamb’s, popular tourist attractions in Coonoor, after a leopard killed Betis on Thursday night.
The big cat left behind the half-edible carcass, said the officer of the coonor sasikumar forest.
“We have advised the residents of Alakarai and its surroundings not to let their livestock graze in the forest area.
But the locals did not pay attention to our warning,” he told the forest staff team had been deployed to patrol the tourist attractions.
