T’puram: The State Government has ended the J Prasad service as Director of the State Council of Education and Education Training (SCERT).
Dr.
Jayaprakash RK – Associate Professor and Principal of the Department of Pedagogical Sciences at Kannur University – has been appointed as a new director.
Jayaprakash was appointed, based on guardianship, for one year from the date of joining the ‘ordinary terms and conditions for deputation, said the government’s orders issued on Monday.
Prasad – Former President of AKGCT (Pro-Left Association of Government Universities Teachers) and former VC Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit – Appointed as Director of SCert during Pinarayi Vijayan’s first office.
He was appointed without quoting a certain period of time.
Being a continuation of the first Pinarayi government, the regime has not changed the head of many major organizations.
The source close to the Prasad said his termination came without the previous intimacy.
