New Delhi: In a large relief to a private school in the national capital, the Supreme Court on Monday refused to continue to stare at the Delhi High Court order revoked the Delhi government’s decision which had directed private schools not to collect annual costs and development costs from Students to physically reopen the school.
The Apex Court said that the assessment of a single judge’s reserve was waiting before the division bench in the High Court and the Delhi government had to raise his complaint there.
The court also refused to entertain Delhi’s request for temporary commandments.
The Delhi High Court on June 7 has refused to continue to carry out the command of a single judge, which allows private school without assistance to collect annual fees and development of students for the period posting locking in Delhi in 2020.

, The single judge had canceled two April and August office orders last year issued by the Delhi Government (DOE) Directorate forbidding and delaying the collection and cost of development.
The bench has noted that the command is “illegal” and “Ultra Vires” the power of doE under the Law and Education Rules of Delhi (DSE).
In the order of May 31, the court has said that the Delhi government has no power to delay annual cost collection and uncertain development costs by private schools without assistance.
The court has noted that this step will oppose school functions.
