Chennai: Classes for standard 9 to 12 years, colleges and polytechnics will be reopened at Tamil Nadu as planned from September 1, while the coast will be closed to the public on Sunday, the Chief of the Constitutional Court Minister Stalin announces on Monday.
A collection of new regulations has been allowed that college students and schools (class 9 to 12) can travel free (without bus pass) to their institution on the Transport Corporation bus from September 1 in Tamil Nadu.
School and college hostels will be permitted to function.
