The courses taught from primary to the college level must offer vertical mobility of students.
Our department has begun to think about these lines.” Sawant suggested that the subjects offered at the school level must offer The potential to be pursued at the higher education level.
He also said that the implementation of new national education policies will be taken from the next academic year.
“There may be delays because of a pandemic, but next year, we are preparing to implement new education policies in a large way.

“There may be some delays, but we have quickly tracked the process for assisted schools and the government.
We have also tracked promotions with existing teachers.
We will try to complete this process earlier,” Sawant said.
Sawant said that some difficulties were experienced in doing and accessing online classes in Goa, but the teachers had gone out of their way, with several houses of students to teach in rural areas without connectivity.
