Dehradun: Most of the schools throughout Uttarakhand were opened on Monday for grade 6 to 8 students after opening earlier this month for a higher class.
Sanitisation, social blasphemy norms and masks are strictly followed in schools when they reopen for these classes after their closure because of the second wave of Covid-19.
However, only 20-25 percent of students attend class.
Private and government schools are reopened for these classes.
